SWEDISH HERBS (herbal mixture)
Directions for use
1 teaspoon of tincture per one cup of herbal tea or water. Do not mix with milk.
Recipe for the tincture:
-pour the contents of the package (100 g) with 2 liters of 38 - 40% alcohol;
- 1 time shake the mixture daily;
- after 14 days, strain and pour into bottles, close;
- the tincture stored in this way may be used for several years.
