The content of individual plant ingredients per recommended daily portion of the product is as follows: green tea – 1.80 g, horsetail herb – 1.38 g, nettle herb – 1.08 g, rooibos leaf – 0.84 g, pansy herb – 0.60 g, spinach herb – 0.30 g.

How to use:
