Aftenisan is a medical device in the form of a coating gel that relieves pain and creates a protective film in the case of canker sores, minor injuries and abrasions of the mucous membrane.
The product can be used in the case of:
- canker sores (including small canker sores, herpes-like canker sores) - relieves symptoms, including burning and soreness, supports the proper process of renewal of the epithelium in the oral cavity
- erosions and ulcers - creates a protective film on the surface of the mucous membrane oral cavity, isolates the area with erosion or ulceration from irritating factors (mechanical and chemical)
- minor injuries and abrasions of the oral mucosa caused by dentures and orthodontic appliances
- Behçet's syndrome
Dosage and method of administration:
The product is intended for use in children from 1 year of age and adults.
Aftenisan should be applied in accordance with the instructions for use. If you have any doubts, please consult your doctor.
How to use:
Apply the preparation topically to the oral mucosa.
Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
Use 3-4 times a day after meals.
Apply a small amount of gel (1-2 drops) using the applicator on the affected area in the oral cavity, avoiding direct contact with the lesion.
If the lesion is difficult to access, the gel can be applied using a clean finger or a sterile gauze.
Immediately after applying the gel, do not touch the lesion with your tongue for at least 3 minutes until a protective layer is formed.
After use, do not drink fluids, eat or rinse your mouth for 30-60 minutes.
Use the product until the symptoms disappear, for a maximum of 14 days.
